It may not be the most modern hotel in Lisbon at the moment, but its definitely one of the best.
Its located right at the heart of the city. You just have to book the right room.
Breakfast was OK and offers enough for everyone to start the day right.
The rooftop bar is definitely the highlight of the hotel and the room with the best view of the city.

We felt very at home in the hotel. The staff were most accommodating, helpful, and efficient. An item from our flight was delivered to the hotel and returned to me, for which I was extremely grateful. Added to that was a small bottle of port and 2 custard tarts awaiting us in our room when we arrived. The hotel was under renovation but did not affect our stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. We'd definitely stay...

Really pleased with location. You can catch trams and buses from right outside hotel. The rooftop terrace bar gives great views of the city and is reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was very good and fresh, with a variety of different choices daily. It was incredibly clean. We have no complaints. Also, we went in December and it's 3mins walk from the Rossio Xmas Market....

Under construction! Awkward entrances, elevator to ground level out of use most of our stay, very uncomfortable bed, and incredibly loud street noise at night.
However, breakfast was good, rooftop bar was great, and a lounge with snacks and drinks is a huge plus....

From the moment you are greeted by their doorman to the time you hit your pillow, the service in not only very professional, but also very welcoming and they treat you like family. They are always there to help with any questions or issues you many have. If you need to wait for your room, plane or cruise, they have a lounge for you to wait in, with coffee, tea, water and some delicious baked treats.
