We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Memmo Alfama. The location was fantasticperfect for exploring Alfama, with major attractions, viewpoints, and the train station within walking distance. Watching the New Years Eve fireworks from the balcony was truly amazing, and the delivery of a bottle of sparkling wine to our room was such a thoughtful and special touch. Excellent customer service and location. We were very pleased with the staff and accessibility to major attractions. The patio was lovely even with a monster cruise ship docking there we would surely stay again if we return to Lisbon! Feliz Ano Nove!...

An amazing stay in the Alfama

Comfortable bed, wonderful breakfasts, amazing views and location, and super friendly, helpful staff. We were lucky to be there in the winter, so the terrace was much less crowded than in the summer, which made our terrace room especially fantastic. (The relative lack of privacy when the terrace is crowded might be a little disappointing.)
I may be spoiled for all future travel....

Great staff, good rooms, splendid views of the sunrise, evening skies perfect to lounge, wine and dine in the open terrace restaurants facing the Tagus. The surprises with complimentary Ginya (liquer) and chocolates are truly appreciated....

Magical experience in Lisbon!

Incredible experience at Memmo! We were charmed and fell in love with it. Little details were in every corner, and even the smell of the hotel is exquisite. The level of customer service is unparalleled. We felt welcomed and treated extremely well from the very first moment we arrived, until the last one when they were calling a taxi to take us to the hotel.
