This won't be my only review, but this review is to Mariana. I wanted to congratulate and review the hotel and also the amazing treatment and service from Mariana Dias, who works at the reception. She is so kind, polite, and problem-solving.

Good hotel. Had a problem when we arrived with the air conditioning however quickly sorted and we were upgraded to a larger room and moved quickly thank you. Lovely rooms and staff very friendly. Not very good location though 1.5 miles out of town...

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Room was a good size. Breakfast was nice and shout out to the Brazilian lady who brought us over a coffee each day. The air con didnt seem to be working, and we asked reception but never were told of any issue or that it was looked at. Arrived at the hotel, after requesting an early check in we were told this wasnt available- that was fine we went a walk around and came back. The check in staff not friendly- except for the helpful lady with the longer dark hair.

Lovely hotel absolutely beautiful. Great breakfast and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The staff made the trip, particularly the pool bar staff, they couldnt do enough for you. We feel terrible because we cant remember the name of a particular lady but she was from Brazil and she was amazing and she is an asset to the company and went over and above for us....
