New and upcoming hotel

Check in flawless & detailed.
NYE there was a little gift box left in our room with a bottle of bubbly and 2 packs of 12 raisins each to eat at midnight as a portuguese tradition. Nice touch.
Hotel is spotless & modern.
Got room service via the app on the tablets in the room., everything is easily accessible.
Night time light shows in the pateo area are a nice unique treat.
Cannot fault hotel or staff....

A good hotel

This was a good hotel. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with nice toiletries. The hotel is situated away from the main tourist centre, but there are plenty of amenities around, such as a supermarket and cafes. One slight annoyance was the room not being ready at the time it shouldve been on arrival. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly....

We stayed two nights at Lumen Lisboa; we booked the Executive Suite with breakfast, and were upgraded to the Master Suite with a very nice balcony! The suite was very clean and we loved the contemporary design and warm neutral tones. Light-flow and water pressure were good and the bed was comfortable. Kindness bring businesses

Excellent hotel, well located, friendly and professional staff, great food, reasonable prices.
An act of kindness by one of the staff member got us to know the hotel and to spend 4 days in their premises.
At the front desk we were provided with very useful information about where to go and what to do.
I highly recommend this hotel....

A fabulous hotel in Lisbon
Travelled on 11/2024
From arriving at the hotel to leaving the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were very modern with a huge bed, unlimited water, tea & coffee in the room also. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice.
The location of the hotel was good, everywhere was in walking distance.
The xmas light show was on during our stay, a lovely touch and great for kids.
