Great hotel staff

Friendly, helpful staff made the trip enjoyable. Many selections for breakfast plus delicious coffee was a great start to the day. The hotel is a short walk to the blue line metro station. The hotel staff can direct you to the best way to navigate the metro and the trains. I highly recommend you stay in this modern hotel....

This hotel is just so very special. We had a room on the 2nd floor and made sure to be home by 10 to enjoy the light show fromour opened window. FaceTimed the grandkids to watch with us as they had been to Lisbon during the summer. We all loved it!
The room is beyond comfortable, pod espresso machine in room, bed comfy and HUGE, amenities were great.

The hotel is exactly like all of the photos. Nice, spacious rooms with ipads and good WIFI. The shower has great water pressure and that rain head - woo! The staff is exceptional - the front desk with great tips and restaurant recommendations and the buffet staff makes a great latte & cappuccino! There are several supermarkets in the area - in case you need snacks! The hotel is around the corner from the Picoas ...

The staff is incredibly helpful and the bartenders are friendly and informative. The Light Show is spectacular and was one of the many highlights of our Lisbon experience. The hotel is located within walking distance of many very good restaurants. We recommend The Lumen Hotel wholeheartedly....

This is a great hotel in a great location. It is close to the airport but also a short walk to the main areas of Lisbon. The service was first-rate, and the staff was friendly. The Light Show is a must. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size....
