Great place to stay in Lisbon, walking distance to all the attractions. Clean, good size well appointed room. Friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast.
Regards negative comments about parking. The car park is narrow and underground, but can accommodate up to a medium size car. Staff looked at out car and showed us the car park to allow us to decide if we wanted to use it. Also guided us in and helped us park. Go...

Very slow check in and not very welcoming. Good location though and down a quiet street just off the posh Avenida so not noisy at night. Room tiny and no space so couldnt unpack properly. Breakfast awful and room hot and cramped. So , in summary would not return . Although we didnt spend a lot of time in the room we avoided going back. No where there to sit and chill either. I would not recommend this hotel. It is a good 20 minute walk to the main central locations . The restaurants are appropriately a 20-30 minute walk away. The staff are polite however, they do not have a working knowledge of the English language, so difficult to communicate. Excellent location very obliging staff clean would recommend
Decent breakfast, very quiet bar, never saw anyone using it, pretty small, but plenty of options around the area.
Good restaurant on ground level open to the general public.
Front desk were able and very willing to point out all the tourist information needed to enhance your visit to Lisbon....

The staff were very cordial. The room was good. I had no complaints. They offered daily housekeeping cleaning. The bed was fine. The bed were two queens or double pushed together. I did not really matter since I traveled alone. Pharmacy is within reasonable distance. (Had to buy some lotion being sunburned walking the city).
