Hotel was in a perfect spot in the middle of Lisbon very nice and helpful staff clean a little bit small rooms but manageable. Restaurant in a hotel was great with awesome seafood and Buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of stores and attractions in walking distance made a Lisbon event more desirable than I imagined...

This is one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had!
We arrived super early and jet lagged and they were gracious and helped us find a place to rest and let us have a room hours early!
The vibe was so cool! The outside was beautiful and the inside was unique. We were obsessed with the beautiful wall paper in our room!
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful!

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect because it faces the Rossio Square. It is also close to the Arch and the River (approximately 1 mile away). There are a lot of bakeries and eating places close by and the Tram 28 stop and the Yellow Line hop on hop off bus stop is close by. I give this hotel a 10/10 for location.

Really not as good as the reviews would make you think. Firstly, location is brilliant. The room I had on the first floor obv had no window or view - fine. It was a few parts to the room that were just not worth the price of the hotel. The shower would leak every time and a lot of water would come onto the bathroom floor, bottle of water could have been filled the next day, doesnt cost much! You get a feel for a hot...
