Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Welcome drink and early check in allowed which was great. Decoration is very modern, it makes a difference. Nespresso in the room (no sugar, milk however). We were not annoyed by city noise at all. Now the bad staff.. Mattress needed replacement. Minor details that show the hotel is in decline: dirty plug sockets and switches. Bathroom needed extreme renov...

Things I love about this hotel:
1. Location - million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking
2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive.

We spent four nights in room 407 in late Nov. The location is perfect - all major attractions are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and they keep an eye on people who come and go, I guess for security reason. We didn't try its restaurant except breakfast but it looks like very popular even among the locals. Hotel was in a perfect spot in the middle of Lisbon very nice and helpful staff clean a little bit small rooms but manageable. Restaurant in a hotel was great with awesome seafood and Buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of stores and attractions in walking distance made a Lisbon event more desirable than I imagined...

This is one of the best hotel experiences Ive ever had!
We arrived super early and jet lagged and they were gracious and helped us find a place to rest and let us have a room hours early!
The vibe was so cool! The outside was beautiful and the inside was unique. We were obsessed with the beautiful wall paper in our room!
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful!
