Great location the the heart if the city

We arrived quite late and yet the staff was very helpful! Location location! Right around the corner of the famous lift Santa Justa lift!
In the heart of the old town and main square. Our room was on 5th floor with baloney overlooking the city.
Buffet breakfast was amazing as well.
Ladies great hair dryer and straightening iron!! Shower was luxurious!! Staff very accommodating and friendly!! We will be back....

This is a very generous hotel.
1) breakfast brunch : 7am to 11am
2) complimentary beverages; coffee tea drinks at the restaurant lounge area
3) complimentary in room bar with cold drinks in fridge & a coffee machine.
A complimentary 1 1/2h walking tour for hotel guests by guest service manager, Pedro.
Hes very knowledgeable in the history of Lisbon and gives us tips on where to go & local restaurants. And we ended ...

The staff at Hotel Da Baxia is amazing. The rooms are spacious for Europe and an interior room still sometimes has a bit of a view. I highly recommend staying in Baxia as well, its very convenient for all the touristy stuff. Lastly, if you can start your first day with the free hotel walking tour led by the Guest Services Manager Pedro Falcão it gives a great tour of the area. Lastly, get the package with breakf...

Hotel Baixa couldnt have been more perfect for our stay. It was centrally located to great restaurants, shops and attractions and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, especially Pedro in guest services who met us each morning with a big smile and a warm hello. Great luxurious hotel, truly amazing attentive service. Buffet breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant food and drinks. Accessibility is the issue. In the accessible room, apart from a large shower and a couple of bars, nothing was accessible. Narrow doors, carpet, no space for the wheelchair, low toilet, slippery shower flooring....
