A lovely hotel in a simply perfect (central) part of the city that affords quick and easy access to major tourist spots as well as obscure local faves
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was a delight. The hotel itself is modern with perfect updates and inclusions. We would def stay here again if/when we return to Lisbon...

One of the best walking tours weve ever done. Sponsored by the hotel. Our guide Pedro was great. Super knowledgeable and informative. Fun to be with!!Highly recommended!! Only seven of us on the tour which was great! Come to Lisbon and enjoy this....

During the LA wildfire crisis, Hotel da Baixas staff showed incredible empathy and care. They helped me get home cutting my trip short. Their kindness and support turned a stressful, scary time into one of comfort. Highly recommend them!...

Complementar Downtown Baxia tour with Pedro

Pedro Falcão made our day super rich as we joined complementary tour suggested by hotel. By telling stories and showing us places, we got to know Downtown Baxia history that we wouldnt be able to know without Pedro. He is a perfect guide - positive, friendly, has a great story telling skills. Strongly recommend spending ~2h in this tour with Pedro....

Loved the experience in this hotel, from the welcoming of the staff and the Pasteis de nata in our bedroom to the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness and the location. The staff also helps you if you have any questions. Totally recommend it. :)...
