Great location, room and service

I came here with my husband. We travel several times a year. We loved our stay at Hotel Britania. In all our travels, this may be the friendliest staff ever. Every single person had a smile. The location was just a short walk to the fancy shopping on Avenue de Liberdade but still quiet. The room was very clean with great AC. The decor reflected the rich history of the hotel. Highly recommend you try this one....

A Timeless Gem in the Heart of Lisbon

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in celebration of our silver wedding anniversary. Having considered many, many choices of hotels in Lisbon, selecting the Hotel Britania was a brilliant decision. When going to Lisbon, this hotel should be your No.1 choice.

A real welcome at an absolute gem of a hotel

We had previously visited the Britania a decade or so ago and had really enjoyed doing so but this was one of those rare occasions where a place that you had enjoyed in the past is even better on a repeat visit.

This was our third stay at Hotel Britania Art Deco. Like the first two, it was perfect in every possible way, from the warm reception every time we came through the door, to the beautiful and comfortable room, to the afternoon tea and the delicious breakfast - to say nothing of the gift of sparkling wine as returning guests. Fantastic Hotel in the heart of Lisbon

Stayed here on the recommendation of a friend and it was perfect. Fantastic old world charm with all the amenities you need. We stayed in one of the recently refurbished balcony rooms which was spacious with a great balcony that could accomodate six people for a little entertaining. Hotel itself is wonderfully charming with history and soul. Staff were very attentive. Highly recommended....
