An EDM club in your hotel room

Similar to other reviews the street noise was perhaps the worst Ive ever experienced. There are street performers with loud amplified music and bass going strong until 1:30 AM. Once that dies down all the drunk people from the local bars shout and scream and bang on things until 5 AM. Staying by an airport is quieter- at least flights dont land constantly ALL NIGHT LONG.

The staff was lovely. The location was perfect. Next to 28 trolley, the subway, and 2 amazing coffee shops (the oldest in Portugal). It was on a very lovely safe square.
But the Continental breakfast was uneventful (and unchanging), Coffee not good, And a moldy mildew that drive my allergies insane. And limited amenities, like no tissues.
The price was worth it....

Great hotel in a great location

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and could not fault it. The rooms are basic but good size and the beds were comfortable so we slept really well. The breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by.
I would definitely stay here again!

If you booked this hotel at a low price then ignore the other reviews. The hotel is in a fab location, on a busy street with bars and near a tube stop and within walking distance to many exciting locations and tourist spots. It cost me 8.80euro to get here from the airport, brilliant, and the check in was no bother - just some young people who like their phones more than people. The room was clean, tidy and the beds ...

Stay here for the location. The square it's on is busy and right next to the subway stop Baixa Chiado, an extremely busy and central stop. It is walkable in every direction and close to the oldest bookstore in the world, the best viewpoint for sunsets, great restaurants, and fantastic squares. It's in the center of the city in other words, and that's why it was beyond worth it to book there.
