Perfect location, perfect hotel!

Our recent stay in Lisbon was an absolute delight. The staff at the front desk, were incredibly sweet and accommodating. We were fortunate enough to stay in a room with the most breathtaking view, and despite facing the street, the noise was a non-issue. It was NOT loud at all!
Honestly, it's a tourist hubif you're bothered by a bit of city hustle, perhaps a mountain retreat might suit you better!

The location of the hotel will it make survive this review.
I booked a room for 122/night, travelling alone, doing some business in Lisbon.
I got a room without a desk, very New York style. It is tiny and I looked at my reservation confirmation: "Double Standard" (also with a lot of desk photos in the online ad) and got a Single, no desk version of a room.

My husband and I had a brief stop before connecting back to the US and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent and quieter at night than we imagined. The rom s are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows, and very clean. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!!...

Horrible smell throughout

The truly only nice thing about this place is the location. There is a horrible smell throughout the building! The air condition unit did not work and was extremely warm all night. When I come back to Lisbon I will look elsewhere to stay. There are way too many other places in the area....

First the positives, the hotel is situated in an ideal location, giving great access to a number of local attractions, including bars and restaurants. The housekeeping staff that we met were very helpful and provided fresh towels when needed.
