Cigarette smoke hotel

Hotel is centrally located. Room is small and there is no writing desk.
Indicated as non smoking room but once step out of the room there is a smell of cigarette smokes.
There is not much choice at the breakfast buffet spread. Cups and mugs are not constantly topup. Have to wait for the mugs to make coffee. Same goes to plates.
The only plus is the hotel location and the staff are friendly....

Hotel has probably been built in the 80s and it seems that it has never been renovated. It looks and feels outdated and 4 star is just overreach, it could be a solid 3 star hotel. Furthermore as we stayed 7 days, we had to ask for shampoo and body losion since the hotel doesnt provide it ( they claim they provide Ritual cosmetics, but somehow the cleaning lady forgets to leave any shampoo in your bathroom unless yo...

Good location,nice people,big variety of food for breakfast .Rooms are clean.We were there with our friends and they mixed up our rooms but in no time they corrected everything .They apologized few times. Its a walking distance to high end stores....

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in June as part of our vacation to Lisbon. The hotel is very centrally located which we were happy about and allowed us get to our various tours in good time. The hotel is also next to some nice restaurants which we tried and theres a McDonalds next door which we got our morning coffees from. Our room was a good sized king comfort room with a massive bed which we enjoyed tho...

Good room but security issue.

Great location with a large park just across the street. The room was good overall and decent size. A floor lamp apparently had a bad switch and I finally had to unplug it to turn it off at night. The bed is hard but manageable. The biggest issue was that I mistakenly used my room key at the room next door and it opened. A very surprised and startled guest greeted me.
