Didnt want to make a late checkout saying they dont have rooms but if you dend mail to the booking department they suggest to extend it for 500 euros!!!

We were greeted by friendly and helpful,staff who checked us in and explained some of the details about the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor and was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms are on the small size but were fine for a couple of nights. The shower was excellent and lovely toiletries. There is a kettle, Nespresso machine and small smeg fridge. - Great location - super central
- very friendly staff at reception & serving food/drinks. There is a complimentary welcome cocktail which is a very nice touch
- The lobby/reception area is full of fabulous coffee table books.

We loved this hotel! Excellent location near many popular destinations. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The lobby is a gem - lots of fun books and decor, plenty of comfortable seating, lots of people chilling at all hours, great bar staff. Complimentary drink upon arrival. Great hotel very comfortable, clean lovely bedding and towels easy check in. Perfect location for the heart of the city. Breakfast was good plenty and chilled atmosphere to enjoy. Helpful staff would definitely revisit if returning to Lisbon....
