Not good value for money. We paid 190 per night for 4 nights (booked 1 month in advance direct through hotel). The rate was much cheaper if you were to book closer to your stay (120/night). The smallest room we have ever stayed in. Found it difficult to wash my hair as the shower was tiny. Light on the mirror was broken. The hotel didnt even have milk to add to the tea or coffee. We enjoyed a fantastic 4 night stay in December. All the staff were so friendly, lovely bar with comfy seats, nice music and cosy ambience and a beautiful Christmas tree. Our room was great, very comfy bed and great shower. The wardrobe area was very dark and we had to use our torches to see in it. Our one request is please get bigger mugs in the rooms for having cups of tea or coffee. As brits we did not appreciate ...

Had a lovely stay here for my husbands birthday, spotlessly clean. Comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Everything in the room you could possibly need. With a little balcony overlooking the street. Really friendly staff, central location. Can definitely recommend, as we would return . Myself and partner stayed here for 3 nights. We came for the Christmas markets/ lights.
The hotel was perfectly positioned to visit all landmarks (Castle, Cathedral etc) and all the markets etc.
The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Bedding changed daily and super fluffy fresh towels. The bar was great and its a free welcome cocktail on arrival - much appreciated. The staff were all smiley from the front desk,...

Fantastic hotel , Bar food also great.
Fridge and coffee amenities in the room.
Close to all the popular attractions
Lovely welcome drink too.
People complain its noisy during the night , we didnt have a problem at all.
Happy hour 5-8 with cocktails £7 each...
