A wonderful hotel in a beautiful historic building. We had a great stay. Our room was so comfortable, overlooking the walled garden, with bathrobes and slippers provided, as well as a decanter of port! The staff, especially reception, are so helpful, full of suggestions, and nothing is too much trouble. In a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, and the National Museum of Ancient Art. Loved the location.An easy walk or bus ride (bus literally 20 steps from hotel) to the center of town The staff were very friendly and helpful. . Rooms lovely. Huge bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Get a room facing the courtyard. Very quiet and if you are on the second floor up a view of the river. The roof deck was a gorgeous sanctuary....

This historical hotel is within walking distance to the city centre, transportation and the cruise port is nearby. The rooms have luxurious bedding and towels, universal charger, toiletries, blow dryer and a carafe of port. The continental breakfast has a variety of hot and cold foods and fresh squeezed juices. As Janelas Verdes Inn was just what we were looking for.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Lisbon. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfasts were excellect, there was a nice room and deck on the third floor to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Great location too...walkable to everything, but not in the middle of the crowds. Would definitely stay here again....

Lovely stay at AS Janelas Verdes in Lisbon, all you would want from a boutique hotel - and more ! Staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is both relaxed and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and classy, breakfasts were filling and varied every day....
