Exceptional hotel located right in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of the town. Can not fault it - the reception staff, the rooms, the rooftop bar & restaurant are all excellent. We had an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags at reception and they called us around about an hour later to say the room was ready earlier than normal check-in time. Beautiful property perfectly located within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. We especially loved Rossio rooftop bar with spectacular city views! We celebrated my wifes birthday at Rossio and the food, drinks, view and service were awesome and made for a truly memorable experience! We definitely recommend the Altis Avenida and will stay here the next time we visit Lisbon!...

We stayed at this wonderful hotel which is based in the perfect location and has the most friendliest and helpful staff especially Gabriella in Reception and the young gentleman porter. They both were so attentive.
The hotel provided complimentary cava and snacks at the bar for guests as well as a bottle of port and pasties de nata left in our room

I organized a professional event cocktail in this hotel with more than 30 employees.
Everything was perfect, the welcome, the service, the organization, the meals. A real notion of customer service and quality of service in this hotel. I warmly recommend whether for a professional event or for personal use....

This hotel was fantastic! Comfortable beds, amazing shower with great water pressure and water gets hot fast. Very clean as well. It is centrally located in the heart of the city and is perfect for shopping, restaurants & exploring. Nice rooftop bar. Ubers & taxis are everywhere if needed. The staff were very accommodating as well! Highly recommend!...
