I tried to go to the rooftop bar of the hotel and there was a security at the entrance who was terrible.
Not only did he not greet me but the first question was if i was a guest. When i replied no he asked for a reservation which i didn't had.
From that point, he just told me they were full and did not provide any assistance nor timming for me to come later.

Excellent service and comfortable stay. I can recommend this hotel. Very good location. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Hade deluxe room with balcony with nice view. Easy to get to most locations, and recommend using bolt since it's alot cheaper....

We had a stellar stay at Altis Avenida and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon! The location was perfectly situated and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the metro, and so many areas of interest. An amazing hotel, fabulous staff, brilliant location. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned every day. The roof top bar is just breathtaking, the views are superb. The complimentary bar downstairs is a great idea, nice for a drink either before you go out or on the way back. Would definitely recommend this hotel....

Fabulous hotel. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were really comfortable and thought had gone into our room arrangements. Staff in the rooftop bar were very good and made us feel at home. Central location with some fabulous restaurants. Couldnt fault it....
