From the first moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff Claudia and Gonzo. Our flight had arrived early but they were able to not only accommodate us earlier than our check in time, but moved our room so we didn't have to climb a lot of stairs. A super convenient Chiado location, with generous rooms, an excellent bathroom area, and a small-but-friendly host team (thanks Sameer esp.) all combine to make this boutique hotel a very attractive option for those whizzing through Lisbon. Suited us perfectly. Be aware that there are no common spaces to speak of, and no parking at all plus the staff may not be available to meet you if you turn up un-announced....

Once upon a time, there was a man and his faithful companion dog who needed a place to call home in Lisbon. Well, we found it right here! Iara, Gonzalo and Claudia welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family! Bravo! You all have a place to call home anytime you visit me in Canada! Muito obrigado familia!...

Location was very good, room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really excellent with personalized service and made-to-order eggs as well as delicious fruit and yogurt among other things. Hotel entrance is quite secure. All that is great but most of all it is the incredible staff that makes this hotel what it is. You could pay $1000 per night for a luxury hotel and not have a more gracious and caring ...

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. A wonderful boutique hotel that has been beautifully restored and maintained. The whole building has lovely other rooms throughout - breakfast/ reading rooms etc. The bedroom suite was bright and spacious with a balcony.
