Non Smoking- non gaming hotel next to fashion city mall. Walking distance from resort world. Rooms are dated and our couch had a blood stain. Large jet tub and decent size bathroom with Kitchenette .
Some minus points are slow house keeping service. Lobby gets very noisy and front desk does not step in to help as there were a large group of drunks in 17th floor and was laughing/yelling at 3 am in the morning. Only on...

Needs updated. Jacuzzi tubs in rooms. "They no longer work". On purpose supposedly, but does not disclose that. Beautiful but

The hotel looks beautiful but several issues. Jacuzzi tub in room but they do not allow that feature to work?? Issues with shower temp regulation. No utensils in kitchenette. You have to ask for them. Not happy for what we paid. Needs updated and the prices for restaurant and bar could easily pay for it. Very disappointed....

This hotel is off the Strip. We were booked here for a HGV tour. The staff are accommodating and the amenities are excellent. The hotel is beautiful and our suite was perfect. We were on the 32nd floor and it was very quiet. Arrived on Election Day and that evening the bar and restaurant were packed with folk watching the results. Lobby was full too. Moved to the Elara mid-week and we were surprised at how much nicer...

We had high hopes for our stay here but were truly disappointed. The first room they gave us had a dirty bathtub and the air conditioning didn't work. We asked for and were given another room. The mattress was uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well because of this and the noise outside. I do not recommend! We also got bed bugs from staying here....
