Great rooms, amenities and location. Nothing to complain about. Very prime location. Clean and accessible swimming pool and Fitness centers. Rooms and bathroom are very spacious can easily accommodate family of 4
Pro Tip:
Try to get sphere facing room
Cons: No vegas casino hotel have microwaves because of fire Hazard...

I chose to stay at The Palazzo because I wanted a room with a view of The Sphere. Here are some notes on my first stay at this resort.
Booking ::
I booked my room, online, directly with the resort. The process was easy and efficient. Thier system provided updates via email and text, in a manner I found appropriate.

I have been Las Vegas couple of times for business travel and expereinced couple of hotels, Luxor, MGM, Mirage. The Palazzo is new for me and my family. We went to LV for fun and Palazzon did impress us! Please try this hotel, you will never regret to select it for the nice room, beautiful exterio and interio design, wonderful pool with warm water during the chilly weather. You can just stay in this hotel for days!...

The lobby was lovely, especially at Christmas, and check in was reasonably fast. The hotel is in a convenient location.
We enjoyed having a separate area to watch television, use a real table with four chairs, work separately at a desk. However, you could tell that the hotel and rooms were aging.
We would have liked more food and bar locations closer to the rooms rather than going to the "Italian Village".

An extra comforter? Nope, not here.

If you want friendly staff and an extra down comforter, look elsewhere. You won't get them here at the Plalzzos. Our family stayed for 4 nights in two connected suites. First the checkin took one hour with only 3 guests ahead of us. When I expressed annoyance about the wait the manager and the staff was very rude and condescending. 2nd, we asked for an extra down comforter at night and we were told that isn't allowe...
