We almost always stay in the Palazzo tower when we come to Las Vegas because we absolutely love it! In a town where customer service is king, this property wears the crown.

Brutal price gouging for us routine customers

The Mrs and I are fans of the Palazzo. Were fans of the Prestige Lounge and were fans of the Grazi program.
In a previous review my wife had a very unpleasant experience with a Prestige lounge bartender but weve since moved on and for every few months things have been really nice here.
After a day of losing a few thousand we stopped by our favorite little hideaway at the high limits bar.

Late night service managers are rude and lazy!

The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly but the machines have issues with the reward card reader and the service manager on the late shift are rude and lazy! Took 2 hours and numerous requests by the servers to get the service staff to the machine!...

Great place to watch the races

Great view of the Formula One race. Huge clean rooms. Lovely staff. Pools are amazing. Great table games. Spotless restrooms in the casino. Everyone at the Venetian and Palazzo are there to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time. In my opinion, the Venetian is the best hotel in all of Vegas. Love the second floor shopping too....

One of the best properties I have had the pleasure of visiting. Check in/out, room cleanliness, dining experience and overall service this staff has it down packed. Myself being a hotel manager it takes a lot to impress me. Kudos and keep doing what you are doing!!!...
