TERRIBLE. Our experience at the Cosmopolitan was deeply disappointing, particularly due to an unexpected $600 deep cleaning charge that was added after checkout. We booked the room for my brother-in-law's proposal, decorating it tastefully with artificial rose petals to create a romantic atmosphere. The petals were placed on the floor and bed in the shape of a heart - a common romantic gesture at hotels.

Very pleased with my comp stay at the Cosmopolitan, I asked for a quiet room away from the nightclub which I got, I hadn't booked a fountain view and didn't get one. The suite was in good condition and clean, robes and slippers were provided, the toiletries were in large pump bottles, I had plenty of towels for my two night stay and I declined housekeeping. Based on my experiences with hotels, I would say this hotel not worth it for its price point since for me it's best-selling point is the view you get when choosing the fountain view as well as having a balcony. For a 5 star hotel, you would at least expect that there would be complimentary water in the room as well as amenities like toothbrush, room slippers, etc. When we checked-in as well they said they will reach ...

Me and my partner have just got back from an amazing stay at the cosmopolitan! I wanted to take this opportunity to share our positive experience as some of the previous reviews left me feeling a bit nervous before arriving. This hotel is old, worn out and smells..
With all the hotels in Vegas, I can't believe I chose this one..
If they gave me a room for free, I wouldn't stay there again.
Half the rooms in the hotel overlook a parking structure and are sold as balcony rooms..
We asked to move and were willing to pay for something better..Management was very unhelpful.....
