Marquee club spoiled our experience!

Check in was very fast as we had priority access. Suite was comfortable, with large bathroom and soaking tub. Biggest disappointment that affected our stay was the Marquee club access. We are here for 7 nights and currently on night 2. Rarely do I review a hotel so early in the stay but this experience has been disappointing for us thus far. We decided to pay to stay at a premium hotel but our expectations have not been met.

Stayed at The Cosmo primarily for the balcony to celebrate NYE like a private show of fireworks.
This was our 3rd stay in several years, however we did say if it were not NYE and a different time of year we may look to venture elsewhere next time we visit Vegas

Fun atmosphere. We came for the Raiders game at the new stadium. The location for the hotel is nice. And many restaurants to choose from. The room we stayed was a pool view 1836/1838. Clean, simple. My friends stayed in 1838 and a hair was found in sink and sink was cracked. AC worked well. Shower water pressure was nice. I put a 4 because I could NEVER get a hold of anyone at room service!
