We stayed in the Luxe rooms and they were nice. Standard size, wood floors, view of the South Tower and the train tracks. I wish the hotel offered room service as it is something I like to do while on vacation. Also, I could hear the people above me walking around. It was a good stay and maybe I would stay there again....

Great location in Downtown Las Vegas!

The hotels location is perfect in Downtown Vegas for visiting the 'Fremont Street Experience' which is just across the road. The hotels North Tower is rundown and slowly being refurbished, insist on staying in the South Tower, which is far better!...

I love this place, the customer service agent at the time of my check in was amazing.
He was so friendly and professional, I'm not sure is his name was Randy but I will return and stay in Plaza Hotel & Casino many times.
Accessible to all the nicest places.

Room was not clean asked for it to be cleaned they did a half job young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and gave out wrong information then was really snotty and was not apologetic nore did anyone compensate me for the terrible service overall horrible...

Need shower bars

You need shower bars. My friend did not shower because he was afraid of falling.
You cater to older peoplethey need to feel safe when they use the shower.
Everything else was fantastic! We had adjoining rooms and one across the hall from our rooms. Was great!...
