We booked this place for our wedding weekend (Jan. 2-4, 2025). We booked our room through a third-party because it was cheaper than booking through them directly. We originally booked the Bordeaux room with 1 king size bed and it was closer to the parking structure since I was 7 months pregnant. Horrible customer service and dated rooms where everything is chipping and falling apart is what you'll get if you stay at the Paris. Wall moulding was all chipped, carpet is dingy, shower door was hanging by a thread. This place is on decline and the non-existent human help for anything you might need does not help. I spent the entire second day of our stay texting with their "concierge" bot to get a simple housekee...

Versaille tower is not even in the paris resort. Its huge distance to from rooms. Room nice size and i like d the mattress and linens but had to request a fridge was told no we don't get one.
We asked a housekeeping guy bringing a extra blanket about fridge he waa surprised we didn't have one great fellow brought us a fridge. Windows lack insulation both drafty and really nosiy almost all night from night clubs be...

We stayed in a versailles room with a view of the sphere. It also overlooks a club which is open until about 3am, so you do hear the noise from the room. Room was large and modern. Nothing fancy, but then i have stayed at Wynn, Bellagio and Caesars previously, so high standards to compare to. A long way to walk to the Paris casino. Main Paris casino really needs refurbishment. It's always fun, new restaurants, took out all the old fun machines so no wins anymore, no coffee in room, no robes in room, no extra blankets in room, and they would not bring unless you are in a suite which I was. Puzzling for a hotel. Elevators in the Versaille Tower were extremely slow and doing maintenance on them NY Eve, took about a 1/2 hour to get down one out of three were working....
