This was our first time staying here, the check-in was smooth and we booked a premier king room and were asked how close to the elevators we wanted to be. That was a first for us and a nice touch. Our room on the 18th floor had a nice view and was spacious and clean. There are no mini fridges in the rooms but you can get one for a fee if you need one. We only ate at the Golden Fork restaurant which is reasonably pric...

This was my second straight year staying here and in that short time, the quality has declined. Still a great price, but the little things (Discount coupons in room, hotel soaps, coffee machine, etc) are gone. Still a good casino and plenty of restaurant options, but not the bargain it was....

Very clean and comfortable stay even though I only stayed for one night. Very nice casino and all the newest games are here.very pleased with this whole experience.Having a clean bed after my conference was what I needed and I give all the thanks to this hotel....

Hotel was ok, catering for meeting people were great. I checked out and five minutes later I asked lady at lobby if I could get ice for my water bottle. I asked her if I could get a blank card just to get ice at one if the floors. She said no. I had checked out 5 minutes prior and she knew it, how rude!!! They got $400 in room fees, $300 + in gambling and $250 in meals and these people wouldn't give me a water bottle...

The only highlight of our trip to Palace station was Kahly in the keno room. You are one of very few casino hotels in Vegas that have live keno games and I appreciate that but there's not enough in the rest of the hotel to make it worth my while to come or to stay there....
