The rooms are fantastic. Great resort to stay. Staff at front desk not too friendly but that should not affect your room stay. Had a decent view of the strip and airport. Kids like watching the planes take off. Another cool treat for the kids was watching the "Sphere" light up and change colors....

Lack of Response

Shower was stopped up. I called to the desk, they said it would fix it but never showed up. Since the shower was broken and not fixed, my family was not able to use it. I would recommend looking for other hotels on the Las Vegas strip prior to staying here....

Mandalay Bay offers a great value proposition for anyone wanting to stay on the Strip, it's a very clean property, and the housekeeping service in our room was flawless. The Strip View rooms have a great view up the Strip (not across the Strip like many hotels) we could see as far up as The Cromwell! There are plenty of bars and dining options for all tastes and price points, and the pool area is expansive and great ...

Great Choice!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and always happy to help! It's also a great choice if you are going to a football game. Super convenient and easy to walk to the stadium. We have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. We will be back! We didn't get to use the pool this trip but look forward to that amenity again in the future!...

Too much smoke

The hotel is nice and the staff are great but the casino reeked of cigarette smoke every time we went down there. They need a smoke free area or a much better ventilation system. Our group will probably stay at a smoke free property like Park MGM if we ever decide to go back. I'm still coughing a day after getting home....
