Meh - Was not worth the spend

Rooms are dingy and hallways dirty; there was garbage and debris near the ice machine throughout the 4 day stay. Our room had a limited view and lacked water pressure. The was quite a bit of noise from the hallway and other unknown mechanical items....

Excellent service, great rooms and a fun atmosphere as always. I'd recommend Joel Robichaud for an amazing dining experience, if you want to be less formal there are multiple restaurants on site with fantastic meals and most have a tasting menu which is what we usually try....

A little disappointed

Room was dated, some of the carpet and couch had water stains. The fabric on the desk chair was peeling of and very little water pressure in the glass shower. For an executive suite. Now the resort did upgrade us because my original reservation was changed at the last minute by the resort due to maintenance issues in that room. They did wave the resort fees and gave us 150.00 food credit in wich I appreciate. ...

Older hotel with contraction noises all day.. just be prepared

No running water for 4 hours a day.. wasnt made aware of it during check in or we wouldve prepared for it .. it is just an older hotel which we knew and didnt expect much but there was hair on bathroom floor.. place was still clean but definitely older...

My brother is handicap with a rare muscle disease. His bed was absolutely disgusting. He sunk to the middle and could not get out of the bed on his own. He had sore spots throughout his body from sleeping on that mattress. He asked to get a new one and they said they put a work order in, but they never brought him a new one. The handicap rooms are an extremely long distance. Extremely!!!!! My brother got so sick and ...
