The lobby bar overcharged us. It showed on our C/C account when we got home. We have called twice and emailed without a resolution. Dishwasher does not clean well. We had to wash our dishes upon arrival before use. Housekeeping is extremely prompt with requests!...

We were in San Diego last year and were approached with the popular "2 day vacation " pitch, and all we had to do was listen to a 90-minute time share pitch. There were a bunch of places we were interested in, like Scottsdale, Hilton Head, and on. The rooms are crazy awesome. We had a handicapped accessible suite. We went to bed and woke up to the view of the sphere. We had a all in one washer and dryer. We had a huge jacuzzi in the bedroom.
It's an awesome hotel that's connects to Miracle Mile Mall....

We absolutely loved this resort. It was so modern, very spacious and clean. We enter the room and the wall opens up to show us The Sphere right in front of us. Location is amazing, only beat by the view we had of Vegas. Will definitely stay here again!...
