Overpriced and poor service. Stay elsewhere! Water is $25 a bottle. They will charge you over $50 to use a fridge. If you do have a question or need something you will find their front desk unavailable via phone and a long line waiting for you if you choose to brave it....

Nice room, boring hotel and casino. Restaurants were nice but expensive, not unusual for Vegas. What is a crime is charging $25 for a bottle of Fiji water in the room and no free coffee in room. I also did t see anyone excitement in the casino or anyone winning anything....

Elegant property with lovely amenities. Quiet and upscale but close to action, if and when desired. Beautiful room, excellent fitness center and spa, terrific food and beverage options. I highly recommend and look forward to staying at Delano again!...

Great Vegas experience

This hotel met my expectations and some. I was here for the game and events around the city. The room was clean and the view was great. The staff was amazing and so much to do in our hotel. In addition to the tram saving us some walking and the shark reef was an awesome experience. This was a great anniversary trip and will comeback again....

Items Stolen from Car Left with Valet Service.

The room was fine, and housekeeping was great, but they have changed their valet to an outside service and everything is automated and no one seems to care. We actually had all our loose items (small, such as sunglasses, cloth grocery bags, and a cell phone charging cord) stolen. We also had our glove compartment rifled through. Luckily, we don't keep anything of value in the car and the thief overlooked a few coins....
