Great property to stay at if you are looking for larger rooms. There is definitely a luxurious feel to this property that the Mandalay Bay did not. I would avoid strip view if airplane noise will bother you because all the flights East could be heard. My biggest criticism about this place is how chaotic the main hallway to the W gets when the Michael Jackson shows lets out since their doors are located in the middle ...

I've stayed at the Delano countless times. Probably 200 nights across the last 10 years. It was a home away from home, and I recommended it to dozens of friends. My first stay at the new W hotel, the rebranded Delano, will be my last time at this property.

Old, boring decor. Lobby bar sad and closed most of the time. Restaurant in the link to Mandalay was closed. A little tired: e.g carpet had stains. Lots of details just missing; e.g. amenities limited (e.g. one bottle of soap for bath/hand basins with an aggressive sign that if you dare take it you will be charged $25.)

the W is a place you dont want to spend your hard earned money. The customer service is so bad at this hotel. We got compt rooms from mgm because we go to Vegas quite often, every time we go for dinner or spa we put the charge on the room at every hotel we ever stayed at so we get reward points been doing this for years. We didn't know we were getting this hotel. We thought we were at Mandalay Bay. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and quite minimalistic. Bed was quite comfy! Pillows were ok. We couldn't believe that we had to pay $65.00 a day to put something in the fridge! Hubby has meds. Found out we could get a fridge in the room for free! It was delivered in 10 minutes and it was already co...
