Amazing First Time Experience at Crockford's!!!!

We went to Las Vegas to see Adele and had the BEST weekend ever staying at Crockford's. From the instant we were there the customer service was impeccable! Our room was clean, beautiful and received a warm welcome. I was also delivered a box of macaroons for my birthday! This was my second stay at Crockfords Las Vegas. My first stay was in March 2024, in which we booked an Entertainment suite in Crockfords West, since we had three children with us. Both times I have been impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and comfort of Crockfords. Yes, it isn't the least expensive option to stay in Las Vegas, but I enjoy the less hectic, more exclusive feel to the property. That alone...

Listed as a five star hotel. The service is more like a 3 star hotel. Entire hotel seems understaffed. Calling the front desk and the line rings for minutes without answer. A guest is left to walk down to the front desk to get anything done. 60 floors down!!
Very disappointing experience for spending more than $500 per night for each of three rooms....

This is a fabulous luxury hotel, top tier. This is my second time staying at the hotel because I don't like the hustle and bustle at the other big name dated hotels on the strip.
