Checking in with Seifer was amazing! He was so nice and even upgraded our room to one of the best views! Highly recommend! The hotel itself was clean and one of the better casinos along the strip! Our room was clean and well kept! Would definitely visit again!...

Seifer met us at checkin. He is an absolute asset to Caesars Palace. He's so happy and welcoming. He gave us 5* plus experience at check in. He's made the start of our holiday an absolute dream. If everything else on our break goes as easy as check-in we will be so happy.

I had a great logging experience thanks to Seifer, very attentive, he was kind enough to help me get my room asap, as an early check in. Rooms are very big, clean and provided everything I needed.
We usually have events in this hotel and everything works well....

Seifer was an amazing guest service assistant! Was very helpful and accommodating! Made my trip that much more enjoyable! He upgraded me to a suite as it was my birthday week and provided me with lots of helpful tips for my stay including restaurants and bars that are fun....

This was my first stay at Ceasers. I had multiple reservations for business and personal time. When checking in Ryan made that process seamless. He got me checked in for both reservations and was able to find a way to allow me to stay in the same room for the duration of my trip to make it as easy as possible. Great customer service staff. Thank you....
