My wife and I came back this weekend, and we went to Lorena again after a few months of seeing her. We were expecting her to not remember us but she greeted us by our names and was so happy to see us. She upgraded us to the most beautiful suite! The experience started off with a win when I got Tonia to check me in. She took care of a problem in such a way that exceeded all expectations. Her demeanor made me feel that she really cared and I appreciated it. She is a great ambassador for the hotel as the first person a guest encounters when checking in. On a scale of 1 - 5, she was obviously >5 for attitude as well as customer satisfaction.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We always make sure to check in with Emma because she always goes above and beyond to take care of her guests. She told us that if there was any issues, big or small with the room or our stay to let her know and she would take care of us. She is the reason we stay multiple times per year and will keep coming back. The new food court spots are also a welcome addition ...

Everything was great! From our amazing room, to all the delicious food options, and of course the gambling! All the staff and workers were friendly and took care of anything we needed, especially Emma at the front desk. We'll be back for sure!...
