My stay was made even better because of the wonderful hospitality of my front desk attendant, Gerardo F. He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I truly feel blessed by his service! The housekeeping attendants on the 21st floor were awesome also!...

We always stay at the Bellagio, its always excellent and this trip didnt disappoint.
We had possibly our best meal ever on the terrace at Spago, my wife and her friends 60th birthday.
The service is excellent and our suite was perfect on the 30th floor with a fountain view!!...

Absolutely love this hotel and MGM. Beyond thrilled that one of our favorite haunts on the strips is now part of the Marriott family.
We always appreciate that the staff goes above and beyond to anticipate needs, the hotel is always spotless, it's always such a treat to see what the creative botanical staff comes up with in the conservatory, and we always have fun in the casino. The food is always amazing too.

As usual the hotel and 98% of staff are very friendly and made the stay awesome. However, I did not expect a Concierge in the VIP lounge to treat me like I snuck in and I was not worth HER 5 minutes of time. All I asked was if we could bring our to go order from Sadelles into the lounge to eat, since all tables in the main hallway were packed. She said that is frowned upon. Then she asked if I had Lounge acces...

Our stay was OK, but not more than that, strangely. Nice big rooms, humongous bathroom, central location.
It's small things though... marble bathroom with shower head that was maybe $10 many years ago. Charge for laundry that we didn't do. An empty bag of chips behind a curtain, that remained throughout our stay. Body wash container that was never refilled.
Finally, a night gown disappeared after room was cleaned. ...
