The staff we're Great!!!! From check in to access of slop play and dinning, the whole experience was easy and understandable. I felt like a high roller who'd done this more than once. Bellagio is very clean and elegant! I would high recommend this place!...

I was excited to stay here, first time in vegas and staying at the Bellagio! Not worth it, very expensive, staff not attentive. Ground floor smells of cigarettes which is not what you want as a non smoker!
No amenities in the room apart from overpriced drinks $23 for a bottle of water. Bed not even made properly! Only small shelf in fridge where you can fit one or two bottles of soda.

Bellagio is one of the best properties on the Vegas strip. However, somehow I feel nickel and dimed lately. There arent any slippers in the room. Only n one bath towel in a king room staying two nights. The VIP lounge experience no where near Palazzos. Ive been a loyal customer for MGM for years. I may not continue....

The hotel is nice but really overpriced for what you get. There was nothing above and beyond the high end hotels. There were no complimentary aspects to the large price tag. If you want to throw your money away, then stay here. If you work hard for your money and prefer to keep some of it then stay at the Hilton just down the street. Rooms are just as nice and you get free water and breakfast....

enjoyed our stay at BELLAGGIO as always! PRIME STEAKHOUSE consistently served excellent food! The hotel is always a promise with beautiful elegant atmosphere, vibrant colors and decor, truly over the top! We go back again and again! Food is available , no problem, excellent staff , loose slot machines, MGM REWARDS UNBEATABLE!...
