Absolutely beautiful, staff were all really friendly. Our flight was delayed and we booked the Forest Hotel which is lovely. Bed was comfy, lovely room.
We arrived late, they kept the bar and restaurant open later at the castle. The food was absolutely amazing.
Thanks to all the staff, enjoyable stay considering the circumstances....

My husband and I stayed next door at the forest hotel but walked over to Zinar castle and spent time there enjoying the beauty.
We had a fabulous dinner with great waiter, Peter. He was quite knowledgeable about the wines and great conversationalist. We came in slightly late, but did not feel rushed at all.
The food was superb. We would definitely recommend coming here and staying. Very clean and beautiful place.

The place is really very nice with a nice view on the Vistule.
The food was okay but not excellent. I had a soup of cucomber and avocado which was tasteless and some meet which was too cocked and dry.
We went to several other restaurants where the food was far better....

We have just returned from our sons Wedding at this stunning hotel, everything was just perfect. The staff really were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them, they certainly went above and beyond to make sure this was a wonderful experience for all the guestsmost who stayed at the Castle. We had such a lovely time staying at the Zinar Castle it really made our trip. It is located on top of a hill so has wonderful views and surrounded by greenery so you don't feel you are staying in a city but it is only a short taxi to the main sites of Krakow so you get the best of both worlds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really nice. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to...
