We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October. For a 'budget' type hotel, we weren't expecting too much, but were pleasantly surprised. A good location, 10 mins walk from the Old Town, the hotel is small in appearance from the outside, but fairly big once inside. OK, breakfast.
Negatives
There are no plugs in the sink. Even when requested
No hot water one morning.
Shower door hanging off - This was fixed on the day of reporting
Lamp not working - this was fixed on the day, but then stopped working after 1 use.
Tip if you are a light sleeper invest in earplugs, especially if you are in the front of the build...

The hotel whilst in places a little tired is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Water coolers on each floor, wide selection of food for breakfast. Lovely staff, minimart a couple of doors down.
Easy 10 minute walk to the old town....

Very Nice hotel just a short walk to the main square and river for the cruises and floating restaurants.
The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious.
The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality food. The waitresses were very cheerful and helpful.

The Hotel is situated on the main road so if you have a room on the front you will here trams and horse carriages. The main square is about 15 mins away. There is a lovely Pizza, Pasta Restraunt just around the corner called Rukola Pizzeria. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The breakfast is ok but the dining room gets a bit hectic when busy overall good base hotel....
