The hotel is in a very good position - with the huge town square a few minutes walk away. Our standard room in the hotel was excellent - very warm - it was a good size, with a large double bed - there was also loads of storage and an excellent bathroom with a powerful rainfall shower. We overlooked a courtyard and although the hotel is on a very busy street we heard absolutely nothing at night.

Great hotel, great location right in the centre as soon as you walk out of the door. The rooms are lovely and clean and beds are made up every day and new towels are given. The breakfast is good there is a buffet style which there is bacon eggs french toast sausages but relatively cold. Although you can order from a menu which comes freshly cooked from the kitchen. The staff are lovely and room service is good....

Wyndham Grand Hotel.

We had a lovely stay in the Wyndham Grand, Krakow. The hotel was lovely and clean. Great bedroom and very comfy bed.
We used the Spa area at the end of our stay but wished we had used it sooner.
The Hotel is centrally located in the old town, less than 150 metres from the square. The staff were great, nothing was any trouble to them. Would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Krakow, and looking for a nice hotel...

Had completely forgotten to do a review last time we were there (October 2023 not December 2023 but drop down doesn't allow more than a year ago) but honestly we were so impressed with this hotel that we've booked it again for this year to visit the Christmas market. The rooms are lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillows, a sofa and a decent size bathroom. The location just a few minutes walk from the market ...

Me and my brother just returned home today, after spending the last 4 days at this hotel. Honestly, it is unbelievable. The location is the best of any hotel I have ever been to, reaching it from the main train station in Krakow takes no more than 10 minutes, and there are shops, restaurants, fast food places, and bars all around the hotel.
