Had completely forgotten to do a review last time we were there (October 2023 not December 2023 but drop down doesn't allow more than a year ago) but honestly we were so impressed with this hotel that we've booked it again for this year to visit the Christmas market. Me and my brother just returned home today, after spending the last 4 days at this hotel. Honestly, it is unbelievable. The location is the best of any hotel I have ever been to, reaching it from the main train station in Krakow takes no more than 10 minutes, and there are shops, restaurants, fast food places, and bars all around the hotel. This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Old Town. Rooms are nice and updated, and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast is good and has a wide variety.
Only complaint is the hours of the fitness center - they do not open until 7am, and it would be nice to be able to take advantage of that earlier....

This was my second visit and hotel keeps on rolling well. Great location, great design and excellent underground spa makes the difference! I tried trattoria restaurant again and still food is Amazing. Well done to Staff and management for keeping high standards!...

The hotel is in an old building with thoroughly modern and comfortable rooms, well located in the Old Town of Krakow. Since it's in a pedestrian zone it's a little difficult to reach if you're coming by car as we were, but they have a garage and the concierge service is excellent and arranged a good personalized tour of the city for us.
