A quality hotel that delivered what it promised!
Great staff who were helpful, friendly and professional; large clean deluxe room with a bath, great varied breakfast with quality ingredients (often not the case in other so called quality hotels) and perfect location for new year celebrations.

Lovely hotel. Perfectly placed not too far from the old town and with a shopping mall right next to it too was ideal!!
Gym was good and loved the sauna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even held our bags for us after checkout for several hours free of charge.
The room was clean, large and very comfy.
If I come to krakow again I would 100% be booking here again.

Centralized location, right by main Train Station and Krakow's main shopping mall.
Within walking distance (approx 10-15 minutes) from main squre (Rynek Główny).
Relatively small room (room type - superior), yet very clean, with some amenity and a welcom complimantry bottels of watter.
Very good breakfast....

Great Hotel, Perfect Location

The hotel is located next to a large shopping centre and the main train station. It is also a short walk from the old town so is ideally located.
Our room wasn't huge but was big enough and it was quiet and dark enough to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast at the hotel was good and there was plenty to choose from and the breakfast area was never too crowded.

This hotel has some outstanding features going for it--great location, fridge and USB ports, and a night light system so you can see in the bathroom at night without being blinded. Good breakfast buffet.
