The hotel is located next to a large shopping centre and the main train station. It is also a short walk from the old town so is ideally located.
Our room wasn't huge but was big enough and it was quiet and dark enough to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast at the hotel was good and there was plenty to choose from and the breakfast area was never too crowded.

This hotel has some outstanding features going for it--great location, fridge and USB ports, and a night light system so you can see in the bathroom at night without being blinded. Good breakfast buffet.

This hotel was so clean and tidy!!the breakfast was faultless and majority of staff were so friendly and bent over backwards...a few staff who needed to improve their attitude but it didn't spoil our stay!the location is perfect to get to the centre market!...

Hotel was lovely clean and comfortable breakfast was good would definitely go back ideally situated the shopping mall next to it is lovely spotlessly clean and loads of good shops 15 to 20 minute walk into the main square but we like walking so was t a problem...

The hotel is ideally located across from the old town square. It is also literally next door to the main Krakow train station. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. The bathroom was all glass. Our reservation came with breakfast which was full of choices. Delicious. The bar also has lots of tasty choices. I recommend the blueberry mule.
