We stayed for 3 nights (starting New Year's Day). The hotel is very clean, the room was gorgeous. We booked a luxury suite (Room 401) which is on the very top floor. Check in went smoothly & we settled into the room.

We booked for New Years Eve 2024 , the food was fabulous and the staff very attentive but it was so so cold in the restaurant. We paid an upfront booking fee for the table and for this we were promised a saxophonist (he was amazing) and a Champagne toast at midnight but unfortunately we never received ours despite a glass being given to all other tables....

This hotel has what youd need for a great stay in Krakow. The location is unbeatable - old town, just off the main square. Our rooms were on the side street so it was very quiet despite the fantastic location.

Stayed 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Perfectly placed right next to the square. We stayed B&B and the breakfasts were lovely, small selection of cereals, fruit and pastries as you go in and a breakfast menu that is cooked to order is also included.
