Me and my boyfriend came here for 2 nights and In cannot fault the hotel, we came in extremely late but their 24/7 customer service was bright and bubbly. We had problems throughout our package (transfers and flights) but they were stars at rebooking everything....

We always stay at the Spatz when we visit Krakow (our third time). We stayed in Room 28 (a deluxe room) on the top floor and couldnt fault it. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, we didnt experience any noise. WIFI excellent. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. The heater was fantastic and kept the room nice and warm. The location of this hotel is good - minutes to the Jewish Quarter bars and restaurants and 20 minute walk to the main market square.
The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly.
Rooms are basic, but clean.
However, the walls are PAPER THIN.
There were very loud guests - we requested to move after a group of very loud women were talking and drinking until all hours keeping us awake.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast selection. Just on the edge of the Jewish quarter but within 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town. There are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. We went as an extended family of seven people and were well looked after throughout our staff. This hotel is a great find in an excellent location. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant where you can get breakfast until mid day. As people have mentioned there is no lift so not really suitable for people that have mobility problems but usually there is someone to help with luggage if you need it.
