Hotel is in a perfect location in middle of Old Town. Immaculate inside and our room was huge. On our first day we did the Auschwitz tour so needed to be out at 5.30. Wed asked for a packed brekkie but they made us up a full breakfast and lunch to last the whole day. Genuinely lovely stay and would come back. You do hear whats going on in the street, including the music from the church but it was nice and not an is...

Highly recommend this hotel
Great location, amazing staff and spotlessy clean and the extensive buffet breakfast really hit the spot!
Already planning next year's break as a three day break in Krakow isn't enough to explore such a wonderful city...

The hotel, very nice. Perfect location. Within walking distance of basically anywhere you would like to go in Krakow.
The hotel staff are all lovely, and nothing is too much trouble.
The breakfast is very nice, plenty of choice to eat.
However, if you are a larger person, say size 14 or more bring your own towels, as they are for skinny people only. Most rooms tend to face the front of the building and this is a ver...

-Staff packed us a breakfast and lunch for our excursion.
-Staff very helpful
-Breakfast was lovely
-Shower is very powerful
- Did not need to leave till noon and they kept our suitcases all day till pick up!
-perfect location in old town Krakow.
Negatives (not major)
-Unfortunately the tv did not work as per instructions but was not an issue as we had our phones if it was needed.

Superb hotel, brilliant location in the Old Town, exceptionally clean room, comfy bed, great shower, very tasty breakfast. What really makes this hotel stand out from the others we have stayed in are the staff.
