Smart hotel and excellent service

We booked this hotel through EasyJet and we were not disappointed.
The tasting menu dinner was excellent and good value.
Our room was perfect and we had a view.
We booked a massage and used the sauna- very good value for a couple of hours of relaxation.
The staff were professional and very helpful.
My only observation is that a proper bar might create a bit more atmosphere rather than an open lounge area....

Centrally located hotel with great facilities

This is a lovely hotel ideally located for the Jewish quarter and the main square. We stayed in Room 303 which was at the front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a good sized bed and bathroom with shower. There is a lift for people who are unable to use the stairs. The breakfast offered a wide selection including eggs cooked to order. We really enjoyed the omelette. The hotel also has a michelin star restaur...

Lovely friendly hotel in a great position.very good breakfast and comfortable room. The hotel couldnt do enough in helping with tours, taxis etc. we had a limousine pick and drop off which is really worth it. All
Main town attractions are in walking distance....

Fantastic krakow brilliant Hotel

Amazing Hotel in ideal location. Stayed for 4nights beautiful hotel rooms were warm and amazingly comfortable beds. Great shower and fantastic breakfast. Upgraded to a balcony room which was worth it lovely views and very quiet. all the staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again on our return visit. Krakow was excellent loved it....

Very well run hotel, in a great location with very helpful staff.
Room very comfortable & well equipped. Amazing Breakfast and Excellent 6 Couse Tasting Menu which we enjoyed with the recommended wines, which we would highly recommend but would advise you to book for an early sitting as it takes 3 hours to properly enjoy.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family....
