The whole experience was perfect. The room spacy, comfortable and clean. Also the room included everything we needed and more. The breakfast was really nice and the staff always smiley, polite and ready to help .
Definitely would visit again....

Nice looking and modern hotel, great and clean rooms. Nice coffee place called MAK inside the hotel. Did not have breakfast so cant rate that. Only thing for me that could be better is like a stronger hairdryer everything else was perfect....

Wonderful Visit to Krakow - Superb Accommodation

The hotel was very modern, clean and the facilities were spot on. The staff were very polite and super helpful throughout our entire stay. The sauna and steam room were an added bonus. Free tea and coffee in the lobby which was great to get the day started. The room itself was perfect, the bed was so comfortable, I did have to swap pillows as they were feather pillows (which I am allergic to) but this was sorted stra...

Exceptionally nice hotel, very well located and easy to get to when travelling by car. Professional and friendly staff, plentiful breakfast, really nice room which we were fortunate to receive an upgrade on. Stayed for one night only, would have wished for more....

Everything from start to finish was perfect, the hotel itself is beautiful, very Shrek and modern. We were travelling for my birthday and the hotel let us check in early and gave me a birthday card a gorgeous chocolates when we arrived. The room was beautiful and the fact we could get any hot drinks at any time was perfect! Julia really made our stay really special, she was so wonderful and accommodating! Thank you s...
