More than expected!

The hotel was exceptional!! Rooms were comfy, cozy and spotless. There is a tablet we're you can control everything in the room and request any service from the reception. Location was excellent, opposite a big mall and train/bus station. Also, you can go by walk to the old town and Wawel Castle....

A wonderful stay!

A really great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for easy access to the centre of Krakow and right next to the shopping centre/train station. We made good use of the free coffee machine in the hotel lobby. I would definitely use this hotel in the future....

Perfect weekend away

Cannot fault our stay here - the location was ideal for shopping and walking to the old town.
Service was excellent, comfortable room and loved that you can control temperature, lighting all from a tablet. Loved the free hot drinks to take out with us. The breakfast was also 10/10. This hotel was absolutely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying in a Puro hotel again. ...

Its directly opposite the main train station so very convenient for transfer to the airport. About a 15 minute walk to the main square....

The hotel is very conveniently located. And the staff are very nice. What is letting it down is an unnecessary level of gadgetry and technology in every room. Its almost like a triumph of digital over a common sense. You can just use switches, all is done via a tablet (I wonder if it is accessible to folks with disabilities, mainly to vision-impaired guests - I dont think it is). A huge tv dominates every room.
