The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff's attitude... They make you feel as if you are an annoyance to them. They turn lights down before the breakfast has officially finished as if to say "leave now" and when asked to turn the lights back up, they reply "oh, you cannot see, can you?!" - shocking!!! Following reasons why I won't visit this hotel again
NO FREE CAR PARK FOR GUESTS
FRIDGE DOESN'T WORK IN THE ROOM
LACK OF GREETING FROM THE YOUNG RECEPTIONIST
THE PUBLIC COMPUTERS DON'T WORK IN THE LOBBY OR CLOSE TO THE RECEPTION
COLD AND LOW QUALITY EVENING BUFFET AND HIGH PRICE
BORING FOR CHILDREN/ NO PLAYGROUND OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES EXCEPT A SMALL POOL...

The room was a bit on a small side, so it was a tight fit for three people and their luggage. However, the beds, mattresses, bedsheets, and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was small as well. Everything was very clean. There is no refrigerator in the room, what they have is what they call a mini bar, it is basically a cooler. Arrived and reception staff nice and helpful. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Restaurant was closed and staff turned us away without reason. We returned later in the evening to be told that it's a set price buffet. Most selections were empty and what was left was luke warm and not kept at a safe temperature.
The room seemed OK until we found out that the fridge doesn't work, the radiator in the bathroom does not ...

We used the services of the Best Western Premier Krakow Hotel, the staff was extremely uncomfortable, the order was for 2 adults and 2 children, an extra bed was prepared for only one child, the reception told me that no one ordered additional bedding and a towel for another child.
