Brilliant location right off the main square so ideal to walk everywhere, lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within 2 mj our walk. Room was clean and has fridge, Tv with the ability to login into your Netflix account and good shower facilities...

Nice rooms, everything you need while staying, very central location, very helpful for visiting tourist attractions etc.
very clean and tidy
No staff who work in the hotel, you let yourself in using codes. Needed extra towels after a couple of days so text the hotel and they were delivered the same day, and nothing was an issue...

A great hotel in a great location - this hotel is clean, tidy and meets all the needs as a couple on a city break. No staff in the hotel however, in a touch of a button they meet your needs right away and the communication is almost imminent. Very close to the centre of Krakow (2 mins walk) great shops nearby with plenty of food and drink close by too, Id definitely be looking to return to this hotel in the future!!...

One of the best hotels ive been in, the staff are very friendly and are willing to help. The room is very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Comes with a full size kitchen and open plan apartment with beautiful decorations. It has great security as we feel very safe in the room and in the area....

Very clean and tidy. Excellent place with a beautiful view from the window, and most importantly warm. Sound insulation is good since I came with children)). The staff is very polite! I recommend it to everyone. Old Town Residence-Premium Aparthotel...
