Great location and near to the square. The room was clean and had everything we needed was available
Easy service when arriving and access to baggage storage until the room was available to check in. Could do with some milk for a coffee but all in all well worth the stay...

We had a great stay here staff were lovely and very helpful would stay again.
We stayed 4 nights in this apartment and it is in a great location within walking distance to everything.
The room was very big clean and modern perfect for anyone. 10/10...

Close to all local amenities, perfect for accessing the market square. Rooms are secure and the staff seen have been lovely and extremely helpful, worth knowing the emergency contact number if check in is later in the evening. Would recommend for couples....

The accommodation was excellent and provided us with anything we may need. The apartment was clean and tidy, and in excellent proximity to the Old town. There was space to store luggage prior to and after check in. The staff were friendly and often greeted you upon arrival....

Had a lovely stay at the old town residence aparthotel in krakow. Me and my partner had a great time here perfect for a couples weekend getaway. Room was clean and great communication from old town residence staff. Also great location to the main square....
