How this is not 5* I do not know.
We are a well traveled family from England, I travelled with two children age 19 and 11years old I honestly think this hotel is amazing.
The staff at front desk lovely, pleasant and very helpful.
The cleaners are amazing and very hardworking.
The room was huge and cleaned to the highest standards from top to bottom. Credit to the cleaners they did a fantastic job.

Great location, incredibly clean, large and spacious room. Perfectly located between the Jewish quarter and the old town with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars within close proximity. The bus to/from the airport is a short 10 minute walk along the street to the bridge. Staff were very good. Great place to stay. We called a Bolt from the airport and the transfer was £9. Our room was spacious and very quiet. Great location between the old town and Jewish quarter. My only slight gripe is each day the buns were emptied but the beds were only made every other day. The tea was not replaced each day and we had no fresh water just an empty bottle. Overall would recommend....

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Faultless.
The hotel itself is about 5-10 minute walk to the main town in Krakow and is easily accessible for tours.
The beds are extremely comfortable. No faults whatsoever with sleep or location. Aircon worked amazingly well in the Polish summer heat and I found sometimes that it was way too cold after a while so ended up switching it off

We were meant to be at another hotel in the area which was affected by the recent floods so at the last minute we were placed in MR67 . At the reception was a beautiful friendly girl called Aleksandra who was delightful with a great personality. She couldn't have been more helpful.
