The hotel was ok, and near to most things, Reception staff was quite helpful. No bar as advertised in the pictures which is why we chose this hotel. Breakfast was not very good and the staff in the breakfast room never said good morning or anything at all. Don't think I would stay at this hotel again. We also got silverfish in the bathroom and on the third floor, but it did smell damp in places around the hotel....

The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained and equipped with tea/coffee, fridge etc. Decent size rooms, great shower. The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and varied each day. In a great location, only 5 minutes walk to main square....

Very good hotel with excellent location to Old Town Kraków. Staff on Reception and around hotel are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with information.
Our room was lovely and spacious, nicely decorated and modern with a mini fridge and safe at no extra cost. Room was located on 3rd Floor overlooking entrance courtyard, so no noise from the streets below.

A beautiful hotel bed was very comfortable and warm .breakfast something for everyone. Close to the square good amenities nearby just a wonderful hotel and staff very helpful and friendly .had third floor room very nice room with tea and coffee....

We couldn't fault this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and was well situated, a short walk to the market square and restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you even down to making sure my wife had gluten free bread for breakfast....
