Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a superior suite and it didn't disappoint, it came very well equipped with a small kitchen and living area which had a sofa that can be turned into a bed. Hotel is in a good location in the Jewish quarter and a five minute walk to Schindlers factory, there is a tram stop less than a 30 seconds walk away. Our stay at the Lowoska1 Aparthotel in the Jewish Ghetto of Krakow was a great experience. The apartment itself was very stylish and modern, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals if needed. One of the best aspects of the location is that its right next to a tram stop, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city.

Hard to fault the place in all honesty .
Held bags as we arrived early for check in allowing us to explore .
Room was massive !! Large king sized bed in a separate room . Kitchette that was well equipped . Kettle hob fridge sink everything needed. Small lounge area and couch was used as a separate bed allowing our teenager some privacy as well .
Bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower. Only very slight issue...

Lovely hotel, modern and spacious with access to the spa as part of the price.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location to most local tourist spots and a shop located next door.
Cons: food temperature wasn't hot for breakfast however a good variety of food was available and tasted nice
Curtains in bedroom did not block out the light and was noisy on the street front room due to the tram....

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on May 4-5, 2024. We pointed that our arrival would be 1-2 hours before check-in time. We were told we would be checked in if the room was ready. We arrived, the room was not ready yet, we were told to wait an hour and a half. We left and came back after a while (1h) and sat right next to the check-in desk.
