We recently stayed at your hotel 23-25 July.
We had a bit of an issue with a lost item on the train from Warsaw. When I mentioned this to Beata she offered to help and went way above and beyond what I would consider to be normal service. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was that the air conditioning was ineffective and the room was very hot. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is quiet and only ten minutes walk from the main square....

This hotel is simply perfect. Reception staff are lovely and helpful, rooms have everything you need and are very clean. Lots of storage space. Breakfast is really lovely and plenty of choice. Perfect location about 7 minutes to the main market square. We will definitely be back....

Decent hotel, friendly and helpful receptionists and other staff. Clean and pleasant rooms, well-equipped. Sufficient hangers in wardrobe, which you don't often find! Good location, about 7 minute easy walk to the main square with its vast array of outdoor seating and choice of meals. ...
