We stayed here on the first leg of our Europe trip. I rate it a 3 because it was perfectly average. Not above average by any means, but also acceptable standards. The staff did not go above and beyond to assist with anything, nor were they terrible either. We arrived in the middle of the day and were unable to check in, and were left to keep our bags at reception for several hours since we didnt have a room. A big ...

Well, from the moment we walked in , we were pleasantly surprised, as we had read a few reviews complaining about certain things......
Went with an open mind ..
BED sooooo comfy, (a little noisy lol) sorry downstairs neighbours it creaked every time we moved... PILLOW, sooooooo comfy.

LOCATION: in a quiet street, next to the pedestrian zone, walking to tourist attractions and restaurants is easy peasy... good restaurants close by. A few minutes walking to the most beautiful, medieval square and old city.
FRONT DESK: friendly ladies welcoming the hotel guests. Responsive reaction before hand, special thank you to Dominika. As we arrived early and left late, we could leave our luggage at the hotel....
