We travelled as a group of 5 friends. Two couples and one single man. All rooms were identical, very small, small double bed against a wall, which I don't think I've ever come across in all the travelling we've done.
It was a clean room but tiny.
As stated in previous reviews, the hotel is situated in quite a run down road and looks quite shabby but has a lot of character if you look past all the graffiti.

I was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews, but there was nothing to worry about in the end! We stayed for a week in Novemeber.
The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was always hot. Radiators were easy to use and worked, so we were always a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We slept brilliantly each night, the black out blinds on the room are great.

Stayed in this hotel in room 202. Didnt know what to expect at first with all the reviews. Can honestly say Its a lovely hotel. Yes it needs some work doing to it but its clean, friendly staff & had everything you needed. Water was always hot in the shower bed was really really comfy and the room even had Netflix and amazon prime on the tv. We didnt get the breakfast so couldnt say what that is like. Yes the are...

Had a lovely time in Krakow. Lovely city. The staff at Leone were lovely, very helpful. We stayed on first floor. Staff helped us upstairs with our luggage as there is no lift. Room is spacious and clean. It's an old building with high ceilings, but is perfectly adequate. You have tea and coffee and just ask for more when you need it. Same with towels,and bedding. Very disappointed with this hotel. It is located on a very dark and dirty street. Once inside the place is in dire need of an update. The first guy on reception was helpful and friendly but other days, the girl was not really interested in the fact that we had no hot water. This was eventually resolved 24 hours later. Laundry delivered at 5.30am to the hotel and the chatter between the driver and the staff very loud...
