From arrival to departure this hotel was lovely. Reception staff friendly and gave us great advise on where to go for drinks and dinner, they booked taxis for us that arrived immediately, nothing was too much trouble. The bar area was small but comfortable and clean and the staff running this again were really nice and friendly, bar snacks were really good. Great hotel. Fantastic location close to the main square and the castle, less than 10mins right and left out of the hotel.
We were b&b and our first morning we were booked for a tour so mentioned when checking in. They provided us with breakfast bags to take away with us, ready for 5.45am. These had pastries, fruit, yoghurt, water and juice along with a ham & cream cheese sandwich. It was great and so glad we asked...

Very nice and very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of krakow, steps from the main square. Lovely views outside my window. Beds so comfy! It had everything we needed. Lovely courtyard out the back. Staff great throughout. Highly recommended if visiting krakow!...

What a great find. This hotel is in the perfect location for a short walk to the square in Krakow Old Town restaurants etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean staff are very friendly and helpful it is just brilliant all round. Our room was so well equipped, kettle, coffee machine,safe fridge etc. The bed so comfortable. A great bar area food also served and although we didnt eat here looked gorgeous. We had 3 rooms for ...

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable mattress, we were on the ground floor and could see the rental bikes and scooters outside our window and the tram but we never heard a thing, great location, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again....
