This is a warm, comfortable hotel in a great location very close to the main square. They have large rooms, lovely marble bathrooms and friendly staff who speak English. Twenty four hour reception, so help is available day or night. There is great variety at breakfast and one morning we had a very early start and requested a packed breakfast which was waiting for us at reception. ...

Stayed from 29th Oct till 1st Nov . 4 nights .
In a standard room . Please book a bigger class room . We were in 5B which us very small and has no wardrobe space .
The Internet is pretty poor and noise from the front street is evident .
Breakfast is adequate and plenty full .
Ideal location right near to the Square and attractions .
We booked Taxis from the Airport to Hotel and back it cost 120 zlotys , but gave 150...

We stayed here 3 nights for a city break. Absolutely excellent. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but has everything you need and is clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection. No traditional British fry-up, but that isn't something we look for.

Absolutely fantastic stay,ideal location,polite and welcoming staff.Rooms were well decorated and comfy bed and pillows which my wife wanted to take home!.Great choice for breakfast.Couldnt have been a better stay.Krakow is beautiful and so clean...

The location of this lovely hotel is brilliant. You are literally steps away from the awesome main square with the Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and many other lovely buildings. On arrival, the member of staff was very helpful and offered us the choice of rooms depending if we wanted to be overlooking the street to the square or further back where it was a little quieter.
