We had the most perfect stay here! The hotel has a very luxurious feel and the entrance way is beautiful. We stayed for four nights. It is a cheap Uber ride from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The location in the central square of Krakow. The hotel itself is a beautiful mix of new and old, with the highlight being the spa facilities in the basement. From the first moment I checked in with my two sons we have been treated very very well. Norbert gave us an amazing family room that was quiet, had very comfortable beds and they even brought extra duvet and pillows for my boys.
The breakfast is 5* and as for the pool and spa. The perfect place to relax after a long day walking!
I definitely commend this superior hotel and cant wait sit to stay here again next ye...

Beautiful architecture, really comfortable beds, and good sized rooms with antique looking furniture. The pool and saunas are a pleasant addition. Hotel is very close to the old town centre square, and perfect for our Christmas market visit. Good choice of breakfasts. Will definitely stay again in the future....

From my arrival I found the staff welcoming and helpful, a kettle and more pillows were delivered to my room with a smile. I loved my room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely toiletries too.

My wife and I arrived from Toronto via Amsterdam so were pleased to get our room straight away. The hotel comprises of two old properties joined together. We had a junior suite which was impressively large built into the roof with a sloping glass ceiling. I am not sure that the huge free standing bath tub next to the bed added to the appeal.
