Our first time out of the UK over the NY. We chose the hotel basically because of all the excellent reviews. Well, all those reviews are not wrong. It is set in a lovely courtyard of restaurants, which incidentally are all superb, just in the Jewish quarter. Our room 303 was substantial and beautifully clean with a lovely bathroom. Stay here for 3 nights bed and breakfast and all I can say is what a great little hotel. From arrival to departure it was a pleasure to stay here. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was was a lovely spread with good selection of tasty food to start the day. I also had evening meal on two occasions and both meals and service was perfect. Wonderful stay here. Rooms were warm clean and the decor is beautiful. I couldnt have wanted anything better for the stay I had with my mother whilst visiting Krakow for the Christmas Markets and a few nights to relax.

Great characterful hotel in the old jewish quarter.

Lovely hotel with character right in the old part of the jewish quarter. Excellent breakfast (go for the breakfast included option) and the staff are very good, friendly and professional.
Great location- 10 mins over the river to the jewish ghetto area (Schindlers factory museum and pharmacy museum- very good ) and 20 min walk up to the old town square.

Good location, 15-20 minutes walk to Old Town and the Vistula river in either direction. 25 minutes taxi from the airport. Good Bars, Cafés and restaurants nearby. Room was as expected clean , quiet and serviced everyday during my 4 night stay. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked fresh to your liking. Staff were very helpful in arranging transport and with local information....
