Superb location spot. Great value for money. The prepaid breakfast is the way to go, with food for every traveler. Service was impeccable and helpful. Rooms are just delightful with ancient beams. 20-30 min Uber from the airport so very convenient....

The hotel is absolutely beautiful full of character. The staff are great to name a few Paul (the manager), Robert & Patrick waiters and the lady who serves breakfast all extremely friendly and welcoming cant do enough to make your stay the best....

Best hotel experience in Krakow (Jewish Quarter)

We loved it! This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous area right in the Jewish quarter. There are many restaurants around this area. Hamsa being our favorite (and the place next door) The hotel service was exceptional and we can't wait to visit again....which we will! Thank you to Ksenia who welcomed us and made us feel at home.......

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rubinstein. The location in the Old City was perfect. We arrived late but there were plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel door with heat lamps. Breakfast was wonderful..The staff person there was so kind when I asked for ice for a sore knee. She gave not just ice in a cup but a bag of ice. Golf cart tours are available right in the courtyard which was great since I was too ...

This is an historic, lovely hotel on the square in the Jewish quarter. Great location and strolling distance to everything. Also, a very safe area. The hotel is characterful but also artfully modernized. We received such a warm welcome and staying here just made our week in Krakow perfect.
